Senior Account Manager, Social Media

- Experience in using project management tools like Basecamp to coordinate and collaborate - setting up projects, liaising with internal contacts to contribute to work.
- Experience using CRM to manage contact data, track a marketing funnel, and execute and measure content campaigns.
- Good knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, social and digital marketing strategy - staying up to date with trends, industry insights, and key topics for brands and the latest news from social media platforms.
- Providing our clients with data-driven insight and decision-making at the key stages of strategic planning, insight generation for ideation, KPI selection and targeting setting, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Conducting bespoke, stand-alone research projects designed to help our customers understand their audience, brand, and category.
- Devising and managing the data collection and data storage for social media campaigns.
- Becoming an expert in social data collection and measurement.
- Working with the development team to ensure data quality and innovate processes where possible.
